Not necessarily new news but, news nonetheless. Linux installed out of the box is great news for folks too intimidated to deal with installation. It took me a couple of days to set up proper sound, video and CDMA internet on my Toshiba Sat laptop. But that's the fun part for me.

Here's a site that gives a good explanation on why Linux may be the kernel for U. If this doesn't at least make you a little more opened minded about Linux, you may be overly naive or working for Microsoft. Otherwise, you're just a satisfied Mac user. No arguments here.
